Tranquil Rage Doctrine

Ask not what the guild can do for you - but what you can do for the guild....and we will all benefit.

The very essence of why Tranquil Rage has become so successful is because of the people. Thoughtfulness, loyalty, devotion and ingenuity is why people are attracted to Rage. Let us maintain our strengths and succumb to our weaknesses.

1. Respect your fellow Guildies, and respect others equally.
Be kind, Be fair, and Be Proud of Tranquil Rage. We are the columns at Rage.
The manner in which we treat eachother is critical to maintaining the Culture
that we have worked hard to develop over time. Be cordial to and supportive
of eachother as we all learn how to master each of our classes. Be helpful as
we meet obstacles and achieve success.

2. Be loyal to Tranquil Rage
Tranquil Rage is our haven, our peace, and our sanctuary. When others
interfere or judge or cast doubt, we need to secure our positions and stand
firm on our values. We will admit when we are wrong and defend when the
right opportunity lends. Be true to who we are at the moment, and relish in
what we will become.

3. Protect our Reputation
We each are an extension of Rage. Every action and every word will send
messages to the public about how Tranquil Rage survives as a guild. Let us all
be thoughtful in how we engage with other players - as we are here to help
others enjoy EQ2 and enlist others to have a positive gameplay experience.
Tranquil Rage is a forum, but Tranquil Rage's reputation is owned by every
one of us.

~ Echoe, Tranquil Rage Leader
